As you´ve noticed in this sentences we use FIRST CONDITIONAl,and here is a short explination of its usage.
First Conditional we use when we talk about possible future actions and their results. So we use if+present simple for a possible future action, and will/won´t for its result.
Example:
If you miss your approach, you will have to go around.
